Overland Suspension – Warranty

Overland Suspension warrants its suspension products to be free from faults or defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty term, which is 3 YEARS | UNLIMITED KILOMETRES on all suspension components except coil and leaf springs, which are covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty applicable only to the original purchaser.

The ‘warranty term’ begins from the date of retail sale.

The original invoice or a copy of the original invoice is required if making a warranty claim (we can most likely help with this).

Warranty specifically excludes liability for:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • The product being fitted incorrectly.
  • The product being fitted to a vehicle that it was not designed to fit or recommended for.
  • The product being fitted to a vehicle for racing or competitive use.
  • Damage caused by exceeding the manufacturer’s GVM.
  • The product being used for any purpose for which it wasn’t designed.
  • The product being altered or subject to misuse, negligence or accident.

Overland Suspension’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part and does not include, to the extent permitted by law, any costs incurred in labour for the removal or re-fitment of parts or damage or injury incurred as a result of the product’s fitment.
